Greentree Project

This original 1920s barn had plenty of charm and character, but needed significant updating both structurally and aesthetically. We underpinned the existing structure to provide a new concrete foundation, and added steel beams to support the second level while opening up the floor plan in the main living areas. Sleek modern design in the kitchen and additional windows throughout create a bright and minimalist interior that creates a compelling contrast with the original structure.
